Your responsibilities within the team – because variety is part of the job:

• A diverse role across a broad range of pediatric specialties, including paediatrics and adolescent medicine, neonatology, paediatric surgery, paediatric intensive care, and paediatric oncology

• Assessment and determination of individual nursing needs, as well as care for patients and their families

• Organisation, implementation, and continuous development of individualized nursing processes and ward workflows

• Analysis, assurance, and further development of care quality for our youngest patients

• Maintenance of digital nursing process documentation to ensure appropriate individualized care

• Comprehensive support in coping with the consequences of illness and functional impairments

• Collaborative work with other professional groups on an equal footing

• Participation in clinical research and engaging project work in the field of paediatrics

Your profile – to ensure we are a good fit as a team:

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing, or paediatric nursing

• Motivation and interest in resource-oriented and activating nursing care

• Enjoyment of working in a multidisciplinary university-based treatment and therapy team
