• Assessing and determining the individual care needs of patients and providing appropriate nursing support
• Organizing, implementing, and further developing individualized care processes and ward workflows
• Analyzing, ensuring, and continuously improving the quality of nursing care for urological patients
• Maintaining digital care documentation to ensure individualized and structured patient care
• Providing comprehensive support to patients in coping with the effects of illness and functional impairments
• Participating in clinical research and exciting project work within the field of urology

• Completed training in nursing (registered nurse / healthcare and nursing professional)
• Motivation and interest in resource-oriented and activating nursing within a broad clinical spectrum
• Interest in continuously improving the care and treatment of urological patients
• Enjoyment of working in a multidisciplinary, university-level treatment and therapy team, including modern diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
