Within the organization, dedicated employees in the Global Sales & Marketing Management department support the successful marketing and distribution of medical products through effective communication and digital solutions.

The marketing team is currently looking for a Web Designer / Frontend Developer to join the department.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain, manage, and further develop the company’s WordPress website
• Conceptualize and implement one-pagers, landing pages, and product pages
• Build and enhance a product catalog or online shop (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify)
• Create presentations (PowerPoint) for marketing, sales, and internal use
• Develop design concepts for digital products and applications (UX/UI, wireframes, prototypes)
• Ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital channels
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and external service providers as needed

Your Profile

• Completed degree or training in design, media design, web design, digital media, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience with WordPress (themes, page builders, and common plugins)
• Strong sense for design, typography, layout, and user experience (UX/UI)
• Experience in creating marketing materials and presentations
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online shop structures
• Basic understanding of server architecture and infrastructure setup
• Knowledge of online marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, and Google Ads, etc.
• Confident use of common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured and independent working style with a high level of initiative

Optional:

• Experience with WooCommerce or comparable shop systems
• Experience in app design or simple app development
• Knowledge of asset management for tutorials in databases
