Your Development with Us

• You will learn how to install complete heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• You will configure modern, computer-based control systems and ensure their efficient operation
• You will develop and implement individual technical solutions for customers
• You will gain experience in both installation (on-site assembly) and customer service

Your Strengths

• Minimum of a secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss or equivalent)
• Practical/manual skills and a strong interest in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) technology
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and physics, along with technical understanding and logical thinking
• Good German language skills
