Description

About the Working Environment

A modern medical facility places strong emphasis on both high-level clinical expertise and a supportive, team-oriented working culture. Many employees have been part of the organisation for many years, contributing to a stable, familiar, and appreciative working atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Processes within the facility are designed around the needs of patients, ensuring a high standard of personalised care. Patient rooms are modern, filled with natural light, and equipped with climate control to ensure maximum comfort during recovery. A high-quality, individualised catering service further supports patient well-being and recovery.

Dedicated nursing staff are available around the clock to ensure that patients receive not only excellent medical care but also a supportive and comfortable environment.

The surgical department features multiple state-of-the-art, climate-controlled operating theatres, suitable for both outpatient and inpatient procedures. Some theatres are equipped with advanced air purification systems (laminar airflow) to meet the highest hygiene standards. In addition, modern HD digital technology supports specialists during procedures, particularly in minimally invasive surgery. Thoughtfully designed infrastructure ensures efficient workflows and optimal conditions for patient care.

In the same building, an affiliated medical practice operates in close cooperation with the clinic. Physicians and their teams conduct consultations, coordinate treatment processes, and provide both outpatient and conservative care. They also work as affiliated specialists within the clinic to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient treatment.
